Refund and Returns Policy
At Warcraft Nutrition, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of dietary supplements, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any reason other than damage during shipping.
Received a Damaged Product?
If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below:
- Record an unboxing video — start recording before you open the package.
- Ensure the video clearly shows the damage and the shipping label.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us the video proof.
Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- You will be required to return the damaged product via courier.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Note: No refund or replacement will be provided without valid video proof of unboxing and damage.
